1 Scope
1.1 Aymsk ("aymsk.co.uk", "us", "we" and "our"), maintains the website www.aymsk.co.uk and any related mobile apps (collectively the “Site”) and is the seller and your contractual partner when you make transactions, e.g. buy products, though the Site. By using the Site, you ("your", "user", "users", "buyer", "buyers", "customer" and "customers") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the entire Agreement (see Section 2 below). Please read it carefully.
All products or services and information displayed by Aymsk constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order of purchases constitutes your "offer", which shall be subject to the Terms. Aymsk reserves the right to accept or deny your offer for any reason at any time.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, but you grant Aymsk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media formats and through any media channels.
4.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or submitting it. You agree not to post or submit any User Content that infringes any intellectual property rights, violates any law or regulation, is false or misleading, or is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
4.3 Removal: Aymsk reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms of Service or that Aymsk considers, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable.
5 Product Availability & Description
5.1 We try to be as specific as possible on the Site about products, including product availability, size, colour, type, quantity of stock available and product description. However, while we try our best to ensure that the product information on the Site is correct, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and the right to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). Please note that the information provided about products on the Site is for information purposes only. Please make sure you read all labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.
All products are hand cut, sewn & printed. This makes each & every piece entirely unique. Slight alterations and imperfections ensure a highly personable product of luxury. All products have undergone quality control, ensuring all cuts do adhere to a narrow margin of error.
Follow instructions stated on the garment label carefully. We recommend hand washing only to minimise risk of colour loss. Damage caused by failing to follow instructions exempts us from responsibility.
5.2 Please note that the colours of the products you will see on the Site depend on your monitor/screen. We cannot guarantee that the display of colours will be accurate and colours may vary.
5.3 If you have ordered a product that is unavailable, we will immediately notify you by email and provide you with an estimated date of when the product is due to be back in stock and available for dispatch. (Please note: some items may not return in stock and dates are subject to change). Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a corresponding refund from us (if your payment method has already been charged).
6 Delivery; Title and Risk of loss
6.1 Unless agreed otherwise, shipping will be made to the delivery address indicated by you. Please see Shipping for delivery costs by destination and item type, and for expected delivery times. We aim to deliver your ordered products by the estimated date set out in the shipping confirmation email (see Section 4.7), or, if no date is given, within 30 days of the date of the shipping confirmation email. In the event that delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed about the estimated new delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded the full amount paid for the order.
